Eleven products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer limited warranty and supported by an outstanding independent Authorized Dealers.

ELEVEN FACTORY LIMITED WARRANTY

Every ELEVEN vehicle is backed by a 1-year manufacturer limited warranty and supported by us.

1. Warranty period:
– 1 year or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the purchase date, for the engine and transmission.

2. Coverage:
– Manufacturing defects only; damage from collisions, accidents, improper vehicle operation, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance as per user manual instructions, shipping, handling, and any other causes not related to manufacturing defects are not covered.

3. Inspection:
– Eleven Scooter, Inc. reserves the right to inspect defective parts and may request their return for testing purposes. Shipping costs for returning parts are not covered.

4. Replacement parts:
– Eleven Scooter, Inc. will provide replacement parts free of charge.

5. Repair services:
– Eleven Scooter, Inc. does not offer repair services. Customers are advised to consult an authorized dealer certified small engine mechanic for repairs.

6. Labor charges:
– Eleven Scooter, Inc. will not cover any labor charges incurred during vehicle repair, including the removal and replacement of components or parts.

7. Transferability:
– The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage or failures on leased, rented, or commercially used motorcycles.

8. Exclusions:
– Normal wear and tear parts such as tires, belts, brakes, lights, bulbs, filters, batteries, clutch, padding, cosmetic body parts, decals, seats, fasteners, sprockets, and wires are not covered by the Limited Warranty.
